Payment Methods and Mutual Insurance Reimbursement

At Espace Vision, we offer secure, flexible payment solutions tailored to your needs — whether you’re purchasing eyeglasses, contact lenses, or coming in for an eye examination.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank card (Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard) via secure terminal in-store
• Cash for in-store purchases
• Secure online payment for orders placed on our website (via SSL-certified platform, with no storage of your banking data)

Deposit for Orders

A 30% deposit is required upon ordering for:

• Prescription eyeglasses (frames and custom-made lenses)
• Contact lenses (especially specialized models: toric, multifocal, RGP)

The remaining balance is due upon delivery or in-store pickup.
This deposit guarantees the reservation of your products and the start of the custom manufacturing of your lenses.

Reimbursement by Your Mutual Insurer

In Belgium, optometric care and visual aids are partially reimbursed by mutual insurers, depending on your affiliation and coverage plan.

Upon final payment, we provide you with:

• A detailed invoice compliant with INAMI requirements
• An official optometry service document (if applicable)

You can submit these documents to your mutual insurer (CM, Partena, Helan, Mutualité Chrétienne, etc.) or your hospitalization/supplementary insurance to obtain your reimbursement.

Tips: Check your mutual insurer’s conditions before your appointment — some reimbursements are higher for children, seniors, or in cases of confirmed visual impairment.
